You will find below the changes made in patch 0.914.353:

Stats change :

• All changes from the previous patch were reverted
• Strength will now give more physical attack on Sentinels, Destroyer, Savage and Ninjas
• Intelligence will now give more magical attack
• Agility impact on critical rate decreases from 600 and above and decreases even more from 1200 and higher (soft cap)
• Movement speed has been reverted back to default (x2 values)
• 3 Stats reset scroll will be given in compensation, use them wisely!

Bug fixes: 

• A bug that made the character select screen blurry sometimes has been fixed
• Sometimes a bug made it so when you started typing something it would stop writing, that bug is now fixed
• Chaser ridge bonus maps are now fixed
• Sometimes your chat would go to trade chat after changing map, this has been fixed
• Some items were removed from the trader in Edge of the world and Dragon Valley
• Fixed a bug where the mission status wouldn't be shown after redoing the mission once
• Aim rate should be working as intended...
• Earth Master / Jumeaux Secmathian and Undead bones gear can be traded for dark coin too
• The "Black Dragon Lord Fellowship Medal" that is sold has been changed to the correct one
• Idle plix pet animation is now working as intended

Features:

• New Daily Quests system, daily quests are done in the account instead of character, only 9 quests needs to be done instead of 30, despite this change, rewards in Exp and relics / eternal coins remains unchanged. Monster Coin rewards have been doubled and the exp earned at lower level has been increased. Please note that this change is experimental, if you encounter any bug report is so we can fix it as soon as possible. Compensation for the missing dailies quests in the recent days will be sent once everything has been ironed out.
  Chaos mode difficulty scales on player level (the exp rate is also scaling on the player level...)
• Added recovery scrolls for socket card removal
• Rate of enchant powders when melting have been reviewed
